This year, the Legislation of Geological and Minerals Confirmation This year, the Ministry of Geology and Minerals Legislative Plan includes two laws (one completed during the year and one demonstration), eight administrative laws and regulations (three completed during the year, and five justified) and two departmental rules (completed during the year ). Among them, the “Mineral Resources Law Amendment” is the focus of this year’s legislative work, and is currently doing a good job of preparations before the State Council and the NPC Standing Committee consider it.
