我院收治1例因静滴右旋糖酐致过敏性休克,经治疗而愈,现报告于下。患者男,22岁。因股骨中下段开放性骨折后畸形愈合3月余于1986年9月15日入院。入院后作左股骨骨折复位和钢板内固定术。术前1小时肌注鲁米那钠0.1g、阿托品0.5mg,当时患者血压130/90mmHg。手术中因渗血较多,故给予静滴6％中分子右旋糖酐氯化钠液500ml(上海长征制药
