1990年3月,德州地委、行署提出“科教兴德”战略。几年来,我们认真贯彻“依靠”“面向”的方针,勇于改革,大胆创新,全方位推进科技进步,取得了显著成绩。为深入贯彻落实党的十四大和全国、全省“两会”精神,我们决心进一步提高科技是第一生产力的认识,抓好四大措施,加快“科教兴德”步伐,推动我区经济和各项社会事业更好更快地发展。
In 1990 March, Dezhou prefectural committee, administrative department puts forward the strategy of “rejuvenating through science and education”. Over the past few years, we have conscientiously implemented the principle of “rely on” and “face” and have made remarkable achievements in brave reform, bold innovation and all-round promotion of scientific and technological progress.
