虽然经过20多年的时间,但是企业文化的认识和实践的水平,现在仍处于一种非常不平衡的状态,全国的企业文化建设还处在一个初级阶段。我认为在20多年企业文化理论研究和实践中初步形成六种观点共识和九条基本实践规律。
Although more than 20 years have passed since then, the level of awareness and practice of corporate culture is still in a very unbalanced state.
