采用以制革废皮渣为原料制备的明胶为稳定剂,以硫酸铵水溶液为分散介质,过硫酸铵-亚硫酸氢钠为引发剂,制备了水包水(W/W)型聚丙烯酰胺乳液。讨论了聚合介质的pH值、稳定剂和硫酸铵的浓度以及引发剂的用量等,对聚合反应和W/W聚丙烯酰胺乳液对高岭土悬浮液絮凝沉降性能的影响。
The gelatin prepared from tannery waste residue was used as stabilizer, aqueous ammonium sulfate solution as dispersing medium and ammonium persulfate - sodium bisulfite as initiator to prepare W / W polyacrylamide Emulsion. The effects of polymerization and W / W polyacrylamide emulsion on the flocculation and sedimentation performance of kaolinite suspension were discussed in terms of the pH value of the polymerization medium, the concentration of stabilizer and ammonium sulfate and the amount of initiator.
