建立了离心ＳＨＳ陶瓷衬管系统传热过程的数学模型，考虑到材料热物性参数随温度的变化，用有限差分法模拟了陶瓷衬管的温度场，结果与实际情况较为吻合。根据模拟结果简要探讨了陶瓷层裂纹成因，重点研究了料管比和涂料厚度的影响。模拟和试验结果表明，欲减少陶瓷裂纹形成，必须严格控制工艺参数，尤其是料管比和涂料厚度
The mathematical model of the heat transfer process of the centrifugal SHS ceramic liner system was established. The temperature field of the ceramic liner was modeled by the finite difference method in consideration of the change of the thermophysical parameters of the material with the temperature. The result is in good agreement with the actual situation. Based on the simulation results, the causes of cracks in the ceramic layer are briefly discussed, and the effects of material ratio and coating thickness are mainly studied. Simulation and test results show that, in order to reduce the formation of ceramic cracks, the process parameters must be strictly controlled, especially the tube ratio and coating thickness
