在煤矿的生产过程中,做好油脂管理工作也是其管理工作中的重要内容,通过创新性的管理思路来对煤矿生产过程中的油脂进行有效的管理,能够有效的降低生产过程中的能源消耗,对于煤矿生产企业经济效益的提高具有非常重要的作用,文章从规范煤矿油脂管理流程的角度,对其管理中的创新思路进行简要分析。
