伴随着现代科学技术的蓬勃发展与经济社会建设进程日益加快,人民持续增长的物质文化与精神文化需求同时对新时期的制造行业提出了更为全面与系统的发展要求。传统意义上的机械制造技术也无法满足剧烈市场竞争背景下整个制造行业的发展需要,数控技术与机械制造的融合成为了整个制造行业的必然选择与发展趋势。本文依据这一实际情况,以制造行业研究对象,从数控技术的基本特点分析以及机械制造中数控技术的应用分析这两个方面入手,对数控技术与机械制造的融合进行了较为详细的分析与阐述,并据此论证了做好这一工作在进一步提升机械制造工作质量与工作效率的过程中所起到的至关重要的作用与与意义。
With the vigorous development of modern science and technology and the accelerating economic and social progress, the material and spiritual needs of the people, which are constantly increasing, have simultaneously put forward more comprehensive and systematic development requirements for the manufacturing industry in the new era. The traditional mechanical manufacturing technology can not meet the needs of the entire manufacturing industry in the context of fierce market competition. The integration of numerical control technology and machinery manufacturing has become the inevitable choice and development trend of the entire manufacturing industry. Based on this actual situation, this article makes a detailed analysis of the integration of CNC technology and machinery manufacturing from the following two aspects: manufacturing industry research object, analysis of basic characteristics of NC technology and application analysis of NC technology in machinery manufacturing Elaborates and demonstrates the crucial role and significance of this work in further enhancing the quality and efficiency of machinery manufacturing.
