草菇栽培一般都是用稻草堆积法。此方法工序复杂,生物学效率不高。我们采用大豆秆畦式覆土栽培法,用料省,操作简便,料温稳定,产量高。现将栽培技术介绍如下。(一)整地做畦草菇喜高温、高湿,生长温度在25～40℃,栽培场所可因地制宜,我们是利用生产香菇的空闲荫棚,将畦面整理好后,喷洒敌敌畏、多菌灵灭菌杀虫。
