开春后袋式栽培的平菇,因有效出菇时间短,产量低,越夏后,菌筒中的水分、养分已不能满足子实体生长发育的需要。如何在春菇生产期间加强管理,使越夏后能再夺高产,是广大菇农非常关心的技术问题。笔者在稷山县平菇栽培专业户马炎更家的菇场,经过多次探索试验,可使平菇增产150%~200%,而且菇体质嫩、味鲜美。现将其主要技术介绍如下:
