人事档案管理是人力资源管理的重要组成部分,是每个人社会经历的缩影,完整的人事档案是医院人事工作顺利开展之保障。人事档案管理与其它档案管理一样,要提高管理效率,才能更好的服务于人力资源管理。作者就人事档案管理过程中两个提高效率的问题进行探讨,就如何提高人事档案管理提出建议,进而提高人事档案管理效率。
Personnel file management is an important part of human resources management, is a microcosm of the social experience of each person, a complete personnel file is the protection of the hospital personnel work smoothly. Personnel file management and other file management, like, to improve management efficiency, to better serve the human resources management. The author discusses two problems of improving efficiency in the process of personnel file management, and puts forward suggestions on how to improve personnel file management so as to improve the efficiency of personnel file management.
