患者女,38岁。因咳嗽、咳痰伴活动后胸闷、气促2天入院,无发热、畏寒,无头晕及头痛。体检:左下肺叩诊浊音,呼吸音低;中枢神经系统未见异常。CT平扫:肺窗示左肺下叶41 mm×33 mm类圆形团块,边缘清晰,包绕左肺下叶基底段支气管,周围肺组织未见异常(图1)。纵隔窗示肿块CT值40 HU,内见结节状、斑片状钙化(图2)。增强扫描动脉期、静脉期轻度强化,CT值61
Female patient, 38 years old. Due to cough, sputum with chest tightness after activities, shortness of breath admitted to hospital for 2 days, no fever, chills, no dizziness and headache. Physical examination: the lower left lung percussion dullness, low breath sounds; no abnormalities in the central nervous system. CT scan: The lung window showed a 41 mm × 33 mm round lobe in the left lower lobe. The margin was clear and surrounded the bronchus in the basal segment of the left lower lobe.
