哈尔滨市档案局副局长王柱萍1995年我市档案工作要深入贯彻党的十四届三中、四中全会和市委九届三次全会精神,继续解放思想、振奋精神.进一步加强全市档案工作的宏观管理和依法治挡工作,搞好档案的收集保管和开发利用,全力推进档案馆库房建设,特别是要加大对经济发展“第二战场”档案工作指导与服务的力度,积极探索档案工作为建立社会主义市场经济服务的途径,为把我市建成国际经贸城市和到本世纪末实现超额翻番做出新贡献。
