瑞典集体协商谈判工资制度成功的主要因素在于:强大的工会、均等主义的社会原则;高度的政治认同和广泛的社会支持;与时俱进的调整措施,均等原则下的个性化和差异化;配套的社会保障制度和税收制度改革;“反通胀、积极就业”的经济政策和劳动力转移政策。而其给予我国工资制度的启示则是:工资制度必须坚持公平优先,兼顾效率;充分发挥工会作用,形成强有力的、相对自治的工会;充分发挥政府的作用,下决心放权给工会,大力扶持工会;进行相关的社会保障、税收制度改革;在经济转型期坚持低通胀,高就业、相对均等化工资政策。
The main factors that led to the success of the Swedish negotiated wage system are: strong trade unions, social principles of egalitarianism; high political approval and extensive social support; adjustment measures that are advancing with the times and individualization and differentiation under the principle of equalization; Supporting the social security system and tax system reform; “anti-inflation, active employment” economic policy and labor transfer policy.
