“问题学生”普遍存在于中学阶段。此时,学生的身心处于由不成熟向成熟的过渡阶段,加之外界的不良影响,部分学生会爆发出学习、行为、心理、品德上的诸多问题,成为所谓的“问题学生”。“问题学生”不是破坏者,而是教育的受害者。对“问题学生”不应进行差别教育,而应采用全纳教育。发扬全纳教育的平等观、民主观、价值观,促进“问题学生”的参与、合作、集体精神,帮助“问题学生”走向正轨,引领其健康成长。
“Problem students ” is common in secondary school. At this moment, the students’ physical and mental transition from immature to mature stage, coupled with the adverse effects of the outside world, some students will emancipate the learning, behavior, psychology, morality many problems become the so-called “problem students.” Problem students are not saboteurs, but victims of education. The “problem students ” should not be differentiated education, but should adopt inclusive education. Promote the inclusive view of equality, democratization and values in education, promote the participation, cooperation and collective spirit of “problem students” and help the “problem students” to move on the right track and lead their healthy growth.
