静脉内平滑肌瘤病是一种与女性内分泌有关的少见疾病,国外文献报道不足百例,国内少有报道.现将三个单位所报告的7例,按来稿先后综合报道如下.例1.43岁,住院号252321.因月经过多伴右下腹及腰部隐痛、下坠感一月余,1984年3月12日以子宫肌瘤、慢性盆腔炎之诊断入院.妇检:子宫约孕2~+月大,形态不规则,左侧宫旁组织明显增厚,质硬,有粘连感.剖腹探查所见:子宫为多发性肌瘤,左侧宫旁呈结节状增厚,双侧附件正常.左侧卵巢静脉直径约0.4cm,管内充满内容物,可滑动,切开管壁即见浅黄色鱼肉串珠样组织,长14cm,直径0.3～0.4cm.肿物被拉出后,即有血液流出.左侧宫旁静脉多处呈率
