Provincial Association for Science and Technology held a forum on learning “Deng Xiaoping's Literary Selections” by science and technology circles at the Provincial Science and Technology Museum on July 26. More than 30 famous experts, professors and scientists from all walks of life such as provincial capital production, education and scientific research attended the meeting and Luo Gan, secretary of the provincial party committee, made a speech at the meeting. The comrades in attendants unanimously held the view that the publication of the “Deng Xiaoping's Literary Selections” was a major event in the political life of both our party and the people throughout the country. “Wenxuan” reflected the great historicity of our party and our country from 1975 to 1982
