目的:观察二亚水杨基-1,2-丙二胺铜的抗炎作用。方法:用该配合物(400mg/kg)时,分别测定对小鼠蛋清性足趾肿胀、小鼠耳壳二甲苯致肿及由冰醋酸引起腹膜毛细血管通透性的影响;用量为300mg/kg时对大鼠甲醛性足趾肿胀及棉球肉芽组织增生的影响。结果:该配合物对早期急性渗出性炎症及亚急性和慢性炎症均有明显的抑制作用。结论:该配合物确有抗炎作用。
Objective: To observe the anti-inflammatory effect of salicylidene-1,2-propanediamine copper. Methods: The effects of egg white toe swelling, xylene induced mouse ear xylene and peritoneal capillary permeability caused by glacial acetic acid were measured respectively with the compound (400mg / kg). The dosage was 300mg / kg on the swelling of formalin-induced toe and the proliferation of granulation tissue in cotton ball. Results: The complex has obvious inhibitory effect on early acute exudative inflammation and subacute and chronic inflammation. Conclusion: The complex does have anti-inflammatory effect.
