目的了解铅对生产作业人员健康状况的影响,以便采取有效的保护措施。方法对某铅蓄电池生产企业连续2年接触铅的作业人员的健康检查结果进行分析,血铅结果比较采用秩和检验。结果 2010年铅作业工人的血铅浓度[(0.482±0.154)μmol/L]高于2009年[(0.419±0.095)μmol/L],差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);心电图、血常规、血红蛋白异常率高于2009年,但差异无统计学意义。结论该蓄电池企业作业环境空气中铅有超标,铅对作业人员的身体健康产生一定的危害,应改善工作环境,加强员工防护。
Objective To understand the impact of lead on the health of production workers in order to take effective protective measures. Methods The health check-up results of workers exposed to lead for two consecutive years in a lead-acid battery manufacturer were analyzed. Rank-sum test was used to compare blood lead results. Results The level of blood lead in lead workers in 2010 was significantly higher than that in 2009 [(0.482 ± 0.154) μmol / L vs [(0.419 ± 0.095) μmol / L, P <0.01) , Hemoglobin abnormal rate higher than in 2009, but the difference was not statistically significant. Conclusion The lead in the operating environment of the battery company has exceeded the standard. Lead is harmful to the health of workers. It is necessary to improve the working environment and enhance employee protection.
