先秦时期中华文化中的管理思想是一个丰富的宝藏,它们是中华民族中活的知识源泉,就儒学的具体内容和价值取向来看,儒家学者所探讨的核心问题,可以分为三个方面:一是关于如何修身,二是关于如何安人,三是关于如何行事。而孔子,作为儒家的先驱,他的管理哲学,是以修己安人为其本质特征和价值取向的,本文将从孔子管理哲学的基本精神;孔子管理哲学的研究对象;孔子管理哲学的主要方法三个方面来阐述孔子的哲学管理思想。
The management thought in Chinese culture during the pre-Qin period is a rich treasure, which is the source of living knowledge in the Chinese nation.
