急性有机磷农药中毒(AOPP)是临床急诊科常见的一个急危重症,病情凶险,死亡率高,其主要死亡原因为呼吸衰竭(RF)。笔者就我院急诊科近几年来收治的AOPP伴RF患者62例的救治方法进行了临床分析,现报告如下。 1 临床资料 1.1 一般资料 62例患者中,男24例,女38例,年龄16～65岁,平均38岁。Ⅰ型呼衰24例,Ⅱ型呼衰38例,均为早期呼衰;中间综合征(IMS),感染等所致的呼衰除外。全部患
Acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning (AOPP) is a common emergency critical illness in clinical emergency department, dangerous, high mortality, the main cause of death was respiratory failure (RF).
