镍基高温合金GH33曾用作新涡喷发动机的涡轮盘,经工厂试车后出现大批伸长变形故障,其中一级盘尤为突出。按专用技术条件B-30的要求来鉴定,发现工厂生产的发动机,经试车后超差的就达半数之多,严重影响产品质量。 为了克服这一故障,经有关厂、所商议,决定研制新合金,并采用微调GH33合金的化学成份,添加少量合金元素以提高其屈服强度
Nickel-based superalloy GH33 was used as a turbo disk for a new turbojet engine. A large number of extended deformation faults occurred after commissioning in the factory, of which the primary plate was particularly prominent.
