河北省涿县幸福人民公社在1958年曾进行过结核病流行病学调查。我们对所发现的病人进行了治疗管理,同时也企图在实际工作中进一步钻研出一套适合于农村需要的防治方法。今将一年多来的防治工作情况总结如下。一、肺结核病人的治疗管理在涿县县委和公社党委的领导下我们和公社卫生院紧密配合,并先后与河北省地方病防治所、涿县结核病医院协作,对388名肺结核病人根据不同病情采取了集中与分散两种方法进行治疗和管理。
The Hsiangxing People’s Commune in Hebei Province had an epidemiological investigation of tuberculosis in 1958. We conducted treatment management for the patients we discovered, and we also tried to further develop a set of prevention and treatment methods suitable for rural needs in practical work. The summary of prevention and control work over the past year will be summarized as follows. 1. Treatment and management of tuberculosis patients We worked closely with the commune hospitals under the leadership of the county party committee and the commune party committee, and we cooperated with the Hebei Province Endemic Disease Prevention and Control Center and the Qixian County Tuberculosis Hospital, and 388 tuberculosis patients were taken according to different medical conditions. Focus on and disperse the two methods for treatment and management.
