现代学徒制度是一种基于现代社会需求的新型学徒制度,其综合了职业教育与在职培养工作的优势,成为当前一种相对理想的职业教育模式。现代学徒制度的基础是传统学徒模式,但其在教学主体与传授知识内容方面依然存在显著差异。当前,现代学徒制度在我国无法获得长足发展的主要原因就是在于企业没有参与动力,无法从根本上推动现代学徒制度的发展。基于此,针对现代学徒制度的理论与相关现实启示进行研究。
The modern apprenticeship system is a new apprentice system based on the needs of modern society. It integrates the advantages of vocational education and on-the-job training and becomes a relatively ideal vocational education mode at present. The modern apprenticeship system is based on the traditional apprenticeship model, but there are still significant differences between teaching subjects and imparting knowledge. At present, the main reason why the modern apprenticeship system can not achieve rapid development in our country lies in that the enterprises are not motivated to participate and can not fundamentally promote the development of the modern apprenticeship system. Based on this, the modern apprenticeship theory and related practical enlightenment are studied.
