当前全国各行各业的体制改革已经普遍展开,文艺界一些表演艺术团体也已进行了改革的尝试,实践已经证明:早改早得利,晚改晚得利,不改不得利。最近几期《陕西戏剧》刊登的我省剧团体制改革的报道和文章,看后使人大开眼界,很受鼓舞。我是一个秦腔爱好者,虽然现在搞公安工作,但对秦腔剧团的前途命运,对秦腔演职人员的生活待遇等,十分关心,因而对秦腔剧团的体制改革想谈几点意见,供同志们参考。
