研究16周减肥运动处方对肥胖青年女性身体成分及血浆瘦素及抵抗素水平的影响.选取呼和浩特市英派斯健身俱乐部女性会员18名,体重指数≥25 kg/m2,按设定的减肥运动处方锻炼16周(每周3次,每次70 min,最大心率的60%~70%),锻炼前后分别测体重(W)、体重指数(BMI)、体脂含量(FM),体脂百分比(F%)、血浆瘦素(leptin)和抵抗素(resistin)水平.结果显示,16周锻炼后,肥胖者的体重、体重指数、体脂含量、血浆瘦素和抵抗素水平均显著下降,并且锻炼前后血浆瘦素和抵抗素水平的下降与体重、体重指数、体脂含量、体脂百分比的下降呈正相关.16周减肥运动处方锻炼对肥胖青年女性的身体成分有很好的改善作用,对与肥胖有关的激素及因子的异常有一定的改善作用.血浆瘦素和抵抗素水平的变化可以作为评价减肥效果和运动处方有效性的一个指标.
