为了提高结肠病变的诊断质量,我院开展了双重气钡对比造影检查,1981年5月至1983年5月共进行40例。现报告如下。造影方法 1.检查前病人的准备:结肠的清洁与否是双重气钡造影能否成功的关键,病员受检前一天晚餐最好进流汁,晚上服番泻叶15克的水浸液或50％硫酸镁50毫升。检查当天空腹清洁灌肠2次,灌肠后1～1.5小时开始检查,使肠内水分吸收,钡剂易于附着。 2.钡剂制备:“硫酸钡双重造影悬浮液”要求钡粉颗粒小,浓度高,流动性好及稳
