湖南省职称改革工作又出台新的政策。其主要内容是从2001年起,对通过评审获得的专业技术职务任职资格,不再直接与工资等待遇挂钩,用人单位按岗聘任时,专业技术人员被聘到什么岗位,就享受该岗位相应的待遇。从2001年1月1日以后,经评审(考试)取得高于原专业技术职务任职资格并已聘任的人员,如果在此后的竞聘中被高职低聘,工资应就低套入新聘任的专业技术职务工资挡次,并按低聘的职务确定津贴等收入,退休时仍被低聘的,亦按低聘的职务工资计发退休费,事业单位聘任专业技术人员,今后一般不再实行低职高聘,对于具有创新能力,成果突出的少数技术骨干,可以破格申报评审相应的专业技术职务任职资格。
