为了提高煤矿井下泵房排水自动化水平,实现实时高效的排水操作,更好的防范水患对煤矿安全生产的影响,提出了一种基于工业以太环网的井下泵房排水控制系统设计,系统以西门子PLC S7-300(CPU314C-2DP)控制核心、以太网接口模块CP443-1、以太网交换机、多种传感器等组建,具有状态监测、过程控制、数据查询等主要功能,实现了对井下多水平点位排水房泵的自动化集中控制。
In order to improve the drainage pump automation level, to achieve real-time and efficient drainage operation, and to better prevent the impact of flooding on coal mine safety production, a control system design of downhole pump room drainage system based on industrial Ethernet ring network is proposed.
