目的探讨在控制医院外科感染中,应用集中式、规范化消毒供应中心的感染控制效果。方法 2008年以前中心供应室采取相对陈旧的供应模式,2009年1月份开始实行集中式、规范化的中心供应室的管理模式,按管理和质量控制标准整体改建消毒供应中心,明确各部分职能,强化管理,规范流程。结果集中式、规范化消毒供应中心管理模式能够有效保证消毒、清洁、灭菌的彻底,保证消毒质量。结论集中式、规范化消毒供应中心,能够减少污染,简化流程,实现物品零缺陷,降低医院外科感染,更利于中心供应室的管理和质量控制。
Objective To investigate the infection control effect of centralized and standardized disinfection supply center in the control of surgical infection in hospitals. Methods Before 2008, the central supply office adopted a relatively obsolete supply model. In January 2009, a centralized and standardized central supply room management model was adopted. The disinfection supply center was totally rehabilitated according to the management and quality control standards. The functions of various departments were clarified and strengthened Management, standardize the process. The results of centralized, standardized disinfection supply center management can effectively ensure that disinfection, cleaning, sterilization thoroughly to ensure the quality of disinfection. Conclusions Centralized and standardized disinfection supply center can reduce pollution, simplify the process, achieve zero defects of goods, reduce hospital surgical infection, and more conducive to the management and quality control of the central supply room.
