只有高素质的教师才能培养出高素质的专业技术人才,但由于我国目前尚缺乏专门培养高等职业教育师资的教师教育机构,所以高职教师的职后继续教育就显得更为重要。
Only high-quality teachers can cultivate high-quality professional and technical personnel. However, due to the fact that there is still no teacher education institution specialized in training higher vocational education teachers in China, it is even more important for higher vocational teachers to continue their post-employment education.
