不久前,笔者有幸参加了河北省2011版体育与健康课程标准的培训,期间观摩了几节展示课。通过对这几节课的观摩,结合自己多次上公开课的体会,笔者在此阐述一下自己对如何上好一节课的心得,敬请同行批评指正。一、对于课的巩固练习一定要“推敲、琢磨”案例:水平二的前滚翻教学(一)场地器材:环形场地;学生每人一块体操垫。(二)教学步骤:1.教学内容导入;2.教师讲解示范;3.学生模仿;4.集体练习;5.降低难度练习;6.图片展示、纠错;7.集体练习。
Not long ago, I was fortunate enough to participate in the 2011 edition of Hebei Province sports and health curriculum standard training, during the show a few sections show class. Through the observation of these several sections, combined with my own experience of open classes on many occasions, I hereby elaborate on my own experience on how to take a good lesson. I urge my colleagues to criticize and correct me.
