钼是高等植物生长发育17种必须营养元素之一,土壤有效钼含量与烤烟生长发育、产量和品质关系密切。为了解黔南山地植烟土壤有效钼空间变异特征及丰缺状况,2009年在黔南州9个县(市)采集植烟土壤样品1 250份(GPS定位),借助地统计学工具,分析土壤有效钼含量空间变异特征。结果表明,黔南州植烟土壤有效钼平均值为0.146 9 mg/kg,变幅0.002 6~0.913 0 mg/kg,为强变异性(CV=106.807 4%)。土壤有效钼具有强烈的空间相关性(C0/C0+C=24.218 8%)、2-order趋势效应和空间异质性。自然因素对土壤有效钼的影响起主要作用,人为因素则起次要作用。土壤有效钼空间分布总体表现为西部和北部高,东部和南部低,由3个高钼中心向四周梯度状递减,2个高钼中心分别位于龙里县和贵定县北部,1个次高钼中心位于长顺县西南部。以0.2 mg/kg为植烟土壤有效钼临界值,黔南州缺钼植烟土壤占统计面积的83.81%。
Molybdenum is one of the 17 essential nutrients required for the growth and development of higher plants. The effective molybdenum content in soil is closely related to the growth and development, yield and quality of flue-cured tobacco. In order to understand the spatial variability and abundance and deficiency of available molybdenum in mountainous area of southern Qiannan, 1 250 soil samples (GPS positioning) were collected from 9 tobacco-growing areas in Qiannan prefecture in 2009 with the help of geostatistical tools Spatial variability of soil available molybdenum content. The spatial distribution of soil available molybdenum is generally high in the west and north, low in the east and south, decreasing from three high-molybdenum centers to a four-week gradient. The two high-molybdenum centers are located in Longli County and northern Guiding County, respectively, one second highest Molybdenum Center is located in Changshun County, southwest. At 0.2 mg / kg, the effective molybdenum threshold of tobacco planting soil was 83.81%.
