目的探究预防胃镜室感染的护理管理措施。方法我院自2014年1月以来,对胃镜室实施感染控制措施,建立科学的管理方案,规范护理细则,定期对胃镜室进行消毒、通气,并进行动态细菌检测,经过一年的时间,实行感染控制措施,将一年内发生院内感染的发生率、不良事件发生率以及患者满意度与2013年1月~2013年12月数据进行对比。结果 2014年度实施护理管理措施后,与2013年度对比,院内感染和不良事件发生率明显降低,患者满意度明显提高(P<0.05)。结论护理管理措施应用于胃镜室感染的预防中,能够减少院内感染和不良事件,提高患者满意度。
Objective To explore nursing management measures to prevent gastroscope room infection. Methods In our hospital since January 2014, we implemented infection control measures on gastroscopic room, established scientific management plan, standardized care rules, disinfected and aerated the gastroscope room regularly, and carried out dynamic bacteria test. After one year, Infection control measures, comparing the incidence of nosocomial infections within one year, the incidence of adverse events, and patient satisfaction with data from January 2013 to December 2013. Results After the implementation of nursing management measures in 2014, compared with 2013, the incidence of nosocomial infections and adverse events was significantly reduced, and patient satisfaction was significantly improved (P <0.05). Conclusion Nursing management measures applied in the prevention of gastroscope room infection can reduce nosocomial infections and adverse events and improve patient satisfaction.
