作者对Regaud氏线粒体染色法进行改良,满意地显示了培养心肌细胞、平滑肌细胞的线粒体。该法简便,不需要特殊染料,可用于细胞线粒体的形态学研究和批量教学切片的生产。
The authors modified the Regaud’s mitochondrial staining method to show satisfactorily the mitochondria of cultured cardiomyocytes and smooth muscle cells. The method is simple, does not require special dyes, can be used for morphological studies of cell mitochondria and the production of batch teaching slices.
