噪声在档案信息资源传播过程中增加了被传档案信息资源的不确定性,进而影响档案信息资源价值的充分有效发挥。传播学视角下,档案信息资源的特殊性、传播环节和要素的复杂性是噪声滋生的土壤;特定的文化、政治、经济和科技因素是档案信息资源传播中噪声滋生的主要诱因。因此,通过依法治档,科学开发等解决思路,可以达到控制和消除档案信息资源传播过程中噪声的目的。
Noise in the process of file information resources to increase the transmission of file information resources uncertainty, thereby affecting the full effective use of file information resources. From the perspective of communication, the particularity of archival information resources, the complexity of communication links and elements are the soil for noise breeding. Specific cultural, political, economic and technological factors are the main inducing factors of noise propagation in archival information resources. Therefore, we can achieve the purpose of controlling and eliminating the noise in the transmission of archives information resources by resolving the problems according to law and scientific development.
