Wicksell places particular emphasis on the importance of interest rates, clearly dividing interest rates into monetary and natural interest rates. He pointed out that the decision of the price level lies not in the absolute level of the two interest rates, but rather the difference between the two. This paper analyzes the relationship between price and interest rate through empirical research methods.
