我矿矸石形成前期由于爬道的倒向轮位置不合理存在诸多问题,从而影响生产并严重威胁安全(曾在一次移爬道的过程中轨道折断,爬道下滑)。为此,对爬道的倒向轮位置进行了如下变更。1 变更原因 矸石山刚接管时,原来移爬道用的倒向轮装在永久道(轨道)的最顶端,并且分别是安装在最左上和最右上的两侧单道上,这样的安装位置存在着很多缺陷。
