实施素质教育是迎接21世纪的需要,当代科学技术的飞速发展,产业结构的不断调整和职业的广泛流动性,对未来人的素质培养和教育提出了新要求。实施素质教育也是教育领域自身的要求。“应试教育”的倾向不能适应时代的需要,实施素质教育也正是在克服“应试教育”倾向中逐步明确提出的基础教育改革课题。所以如何在我国、特别是广大的农村实施素质教育,成为我们现在关注的问题。
The implementation of quality education is to meet the needs of the 21st century. With the rapid development of modern science and technology, the continuous adjustment of industrial structure and the extensive mobility of occupations, new requirements have been put forth on the cultivation and education of people in the future. Implementing quality education is also a requirement of education itself. “Exam-oriented education ” tendency can not meet the needs of the times, and implementing quality education is also the basic education reform topic gradually and clearly proposed in overcoming the “test-oriented education” tendency. Therefore, how to carry out quality education in our country, especially in vast rural areas, has become a problem that we are now paying attention to.
