The departments of economy and trade (offices and bureaus) of provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government and cities specifically designated in the state plans to further regulate the circulation of B shares of unlisted foreign-invested shares of Foreign-invested B-share-holding Foreign-funded Stock Co., Ltd. in order to promote the sound development of the domestic securities market. The relevant issues shall be notified as follows: 1. The non-listed foreign shares with foreign-invested joint-stock Co., Ltd. containing B shares shall be allowed to circulate in the B share market (hereinafter referred to as the non-listed foreign shares converted into B shares). The circulation of non-listed foreign shares into B shares must be strictly in accordance with MOFTEC and CSRC
