研究了四辊卷板机在弯卷工艺过程中材料的回弹问题。通过分析板件弯卷变形时受力状态与回弹曲率半径及弯卷半径之间的关系,建立了弯卷变形几何模型和计算模型,确立了弯卷力及弯矩的计算方法,并分析了影响最小弯卷半径的各因素。在对四辊卷板机上的预弯卷和弯卷过程进行受力分析的基础上,给出了弯曲功和驱动扭矩的计算方法。在电机功率、摩擦进给、接触应力和外层拉力等4个约束条件下分别提出了最小弯卷半径的计算方法。最后,用所建计算模型结合实际工艺参数计算最小弯卷半径并与实验值比较,计算结果与实际值比较吻合,验证了模型的有效性。
The springback problem of four-roll plate bending machine during the bending process was studied. By analyzing the relationship between the stress state and the radius of rebound curvature and the bending radius when the plate is bent and deformed, the geometric model and the calculation model of the bending deformation are established and the calculation methods of bending force and bending moment are established. Based on the force analysis of the pre-bending and bending processes on the four-roll plate bending machine, the calculation methods of bending work and driving torque are given. Under the four constraints of motor power, frictional feed, contact stress and outer tension, the calculation method of the minimum bend radius is proposed respectively. Finally, the calculated minimum bending radius is calculated by the proposed calculation model combined with the actual process parameters and compared with the experimental value. The calculation results are in good agreement with the actual values, which verifies the validity of the model.
