病例报告例一:9岁,女孩,半小时前因看戏拥挤,不慎被其他小孩挤倒踩踏,于1963年一月一日急诊入院。踩踏后当即昏迷6、7分钟,伴呕吐一次及大小便失禁,无头痛。体格检查:神志清楚,对答及反应良好,血压、体温、脉搏、呼吸正常,面、颈、肩及上胸部有密集对称分布的小瘀点,色蓝红,左眼睑浮肿,外皆部有球结膜下出血斑,右眼球结膜下有散在出血点,皆呈鲜红色。视力正常,瞳孔大小、对光反应正常,眼底检查无特殊发现。头部其他器官、胸腹、四肢及脊柱均正常,无病理神经反射存在。入院后予平卧休息,经严密观察:神志、血压、脉搏、
