烟叶光合作用的产物极大地影响着烟叶品质,这些产物的形成,均与绿色叶片质体中参与光合作用过程的重要色素——叶绿素以及类胡萝卜素含量有关。叶绿素主要存在于叶片的栅栏组织和海绵组织中,而栅栏组织中的叶绿体数量远远多于海绵组织中的叶绿体。在本试验条件下,成苗期叶绿素最高含量在990mg/100g 干烟叶(试验均值为880mg)以上的品种品质较好,低于此数的品质较差,提出了育种工作在苗期鉴别品种品质的一种生
The photosynthesis of tobacco leaves greatly influenced the quality of tobacco leaves. The formation of these products was related to the contents of chlorophyll and carotenoid involved in photosynthesis in green leaf plastids.
