为解决薄片切丝线网络扩容后出现的PROFIBUS-DP网络出现的闪断现象而导致的整线停机问题,对薄片切丝线的PROFIBUS-DP网络进行了硬件和软件两方面的改进。利用PROFIBUS-HUB(PROFIBUS集线器)对整个PROFIBUS-DP网络进行星形分割,减少子站之间的干扰;利用PROFITRACE工具包进行总线通讯电缆检查,更换电压不足的节点的PROFIBUS-DP连接器;检查通讯波特率和通讯距离,降低PROFIBUS-DP主站和子站的通讯波特率。应用效果表明,改进后的薄片切丝线PPROFIBUS-DP网络闪断次数由平均2次/周下降到了0次/周,彻底消除了故障原因,降低了切丝线故障停机率,满足了生产组织的要求。
In order to solve the problem of the entire line down caused by the flash-off of the PROFIBUS-DP network after the expansion of the slice cut wire network, the hardware and software improvements were made to the PROFIBUS-DP network of the cut wire cut.
