95 1 2 1乳油是联华实验室开发的阿维菌素类农用杀虫杀螨剂。室内用浸叶法 ,分别测定了 1 % 95 1 2 1乳油对烟草主要害虫烟青虫、烟蚜的毒力 ,结果表明 1 % 95 1 2 1乳油对供试昆虫有突出的毒杀效果 ,其 2 0 0 0倍液对 2龄和 3龄烟青虫在 72h内死亡率分别达 87.77%、1 0 0 % ;对烟蚜的LC50 值为 0 .33mg/L。田间实验表明 ,1 % 95 1 2 1乳油对烟蚜的防效高于 90 % ,1 5d后可高达 95 .4%
95 1 2 1 EC is an avermectin insecticide and acaricide developed by Lianhua Laboratory. Indoor dipping method was used to determine the toxicity of 1% 95 1 2 1 EC on tobacco major pests such as tobacco budworm, Myzus persicae, respectively. The results showed that 1% 95 1 2 1 EC had outstanding toxic effects on test insects, The mortality rates of 2 0 0 0 times for the 2nd and 3rd instar tobacco budworm in 72 h were 87.77% and 100%, respectively. The LC50 value of A. tabaci was 0.33 mg / L. Field experiments showed that the control efficacy of 1% 95 1 2 1 EC was higher than 90%, and reached 95.4% after 15 days
