随着核技术迅速发展和广泛应用,电离辐射已成为人类生活中不可忽视的重要环境因素,保障从事放射性工作人员和公众的安全及健康显得特别重要。国务院为加强放射性同位素与射线装置放射防护的监督管理,专门发布44号令[1989]。本文主要介绍因钴室安全联锁失灵,一名工作人员进入源不在安全位置的钴源房,受到意外照射,以致右手肘部14cm以下手部全部截去而成残疾,现将其在京、宁两地七次住院达784天,临床观察总结如下。
