宁政办发[2014]83号各市、县(区)人民政府,自治区政府各部门、直属机构:《宁夏回族自治区暴雨灾害防御办法》已经自治区人民政府同意,现转发给你们,请认真贯彻执行。宁夏回族自治区人民政府办公厅2014年5月23日宁夏回族自治区暴雨灾害防御办法第一章总则第一条为了防御和减轻暴雨灾害,保护人民生命财产安全,促进经济社会发展,根据《中华人民共和国气象法》、《中华人民共和国气象灾害防御条例》、《宁夏回族自治区气象灾害防御条例》等有关法律、法规的规定,结合自治区实际,制定本办法。第二条本自治区内的暴雨灾害防御工作,适用本办法。
