我院1982年12月至1985年12月应用不卧床持续腹膜透析(CAPD)治疗慢性肾功能衰竭8例,89个病人月,取得一定疗效,现报告如下。材料和方法病人情况本组8例,男5例,女3例。年龄22～56岁,平均37岁。原发病;慢性肾炎6例,慢性间质性肾炎1例,双肾结石术后1例。所有病人均有尿毒症症状,其中严重高血压者3例,重度心衰者2例。慢性肾衰透析指标参照中山医科大学一附院报告。治疗方法本组采用植管透析,植入Ten-ckhoff透析管或国产硅胶管。使用本院自制或上海长征制药厂或天津和平制药厂的透析液。本组8例中,有4例在透析过程中加服了人参/冬虫夏草。服法:人参1克,1日3次,2
