新一代TMCP-轧后超快速冷却技术生产热轧带肋钢筋是一种创新性的适用技术。它与轧后余热淬火工艺所生产的产品在轧件性能上有明显区别,主要是在提高强度的同时可以提高材料韧性。这对于抗震钢筋和使用20 MnSiV或20 MnSiNb钢种生产HRB500级别钢筋是必不可少的技术。研究者们曾用一年时间,从60万t的产品中抽取6~32 mm规格,经省级建筑检验部门检验。检验内容有:化学成分分析、金相组织分析、力学性能实验、焊接实验、机械连接实验、锈蚀程度比对、构件实验及工程应用实验等等,性能优良。自2006年开始,已经得到了较大面积的推广,目前年产量大约700万t。
