本文以广西理工职业技术学校为例,论述构建校企合作“五建五融合”即双方建设课堂而融合、建设培养平台而融合、建设文化载体而融合、建设师资团队而融合、建设运行管理机制而融合的职业道德培育路径,以此展开对中职学生职业道德全程全员化培养。
Taking Guangxi Polytechnic as an example, this paper discusses the construction of cooperation between colleges and enterprises and the integration of five constructions and five constructions, that is, the integration of both sides in the construction of classrooms, the integration of construction and training platforms, the integration of cultural carriers and the construction of teachers’ teams. Management mechanism and integration of the path of cultivation of professional ethics, in order to expand vocational full-time vocational students in vocational training.
